I wouldn’t even give it one star if it didn’t require you to do so to leave a review this company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with no customer service at all they avoid you like a plague and the person who answers the phone doesn’t have people skills and should not be answering calls avoid this company at all costs !!!! a update on this review I ordered this pool cover a month ago and still no tracking or update on when it ships they shouldn’t put on there website that it ships 7to 10 business days if they can’t

We had an issue with the sand in our pump. We contacted the office mid-day and they responded the same day to our needs and had Steven Whitter out the next day. Steven was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was prompt, polite, fast to get the problem solved, left the work area clean when finished and gave us suggestions for maintaining our pool.
