I want to thank the team at The Mower Place Capalaba for their amazing assistance - with all the equipment I need on my property - my push mower, ride-on mower, grass cutters, chainsaws etc. Whether getting parts, maintenance & service, repairs, sourcing new - they do it professionally and courteously with great attitudes. Took my Stihl HP RE 120 Plus in for warranty Repair last week 17th April... Shop advises waiting for new Parts due now 11th June... 8 Weeks.. Phoned Head office.. Not interested in the slightest.. Fill out the form they said someone will get back in about a week... Last time I ever buy a Stihl Product Stay well clear of their Pressure units...
What a great place to buy anything with good advice and guidance . I went in to Capalaba to buy myself a Birthday present. Being a lady and not knowing anything about mowers chain saws or wipper snipers I meet the lovely Dean I think I had a crash course and walked out with the lot. So helpful and having someone with patience to help me was a good experience. So now I walk in and know them by name and they are always so helpful. A great place to buy anything you need well done team
