I drove five hours to buy a BMW for my wife she put $500 to hold car till the 23rd of August showed up on 15 of August at 11am appointment to purchase car while we’re sitting waiting for him at his place of business he never shows up but get a text message that he refunded our $500 for the holding fee of the car not the way to do Business we had so many options to buy that we put off to buy this BMW, but that’s OK. I would not buy nothing from them. I paid a deposit on a car drove 5 hours with an appt scheduled, we showed up and no one showed up. 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment I got a message from Cash App that my deposit was refunded and I was blocked and no way to speak with anyone. That’s not how you are supposed to treat people. Your word should be your bond. Honesty would have went a long way. 10 hour trip wasted and I had other options and turned them down to give my business to Best Buy and got screwed, thanks a lot.
I had a very pleasant experience with this Dealership. Super fast and easy to work with. Paperwork didn't take very long and i didn't have to sign 10 different things.
Me and my husband both purchased a car from this Dealership. Family owned and operated. They do not have desperate salesman walking around trying to sell you things you do not need. Great quality cars sold under retail.
Highly recommend! Family owned and operated. They don't have a ton of overhead and are able to sell Clean title cars for well under retail. Thank you AJ!!
