I went there to get my hard drives formatted for which they charged 100$ and I had to wait whole day just to hear that they don't have SOS to SATA converter. When I dropped off my drives I told them if they need converter I have it let me give it to you but they said no problem we have it. And turns out they don't. Even after they realize they didn't gave me any update and they told me when I went there check upon them. Sales service was good but geek squad not okay.
