Worst day of my life. I made the mistake of ordering two Open Box TVs labeled as Good and went to pick up at lunchtime. They told me to wait in my car and 30 minutes later I came back inside whereupon I discovered the TVs had no stands or remote controls. No big deal, I said no thanks and the guy told me just cancel online. I rushed back to work and, lo and behold, they showed as picked up. I had an awesome experience at this store. Best Buy team member was super knowledgeable and helpful when purchasing a TV. Fast transaction and he even helped me get it in the car.
