They completely screwed me. Addrd a whole new account to my AT&T account to when all I wanted was a line added to my existing account, and find out tonight that it wasn't properly closed so now I am in collections for 319.24$. Their response we can't do anything for you if it's past 14 days. Screw you best buy!!! Never ever buying anything from you
