Very poor customer service as well as answering of phones and returning calls/emails. Called and left 2-3 voice messages over a 10 day period, no response which left us very short for time regarding a patient. Patient care is not their priority as when we were in a pinch needing ostomy supplies ASAP (which again was due to no responses to our voice mails) for a patient. The company itself, and products that they sell are great with competitive pricing. That being said, their website is painful to use, it lags constantly and consistently refreshes the page erasing your product search. I have to order over an entire hour before 5 just to make sure I have enough time to place my order. The website needs some major fixing, it shouldn't take 4 minutes to search up one product when I order (50-100) products per order. Until the Flooding in BatonRouge Louisiana they was a descent company,know my 75 Year old Aunt is stuck with out any product s to survive. It doesn't make any since to why they want deliver here.
