Well my Previous Review was wholeheartedly negative due to a prior encounter a few years prior my previous Shopping here in the last few weeks was soo positive and soo happy that i had to change the review, the owner is super nice, she is well mannered and strives to do her best, she is very psychic with a rainbow aura and i trust her very much, i look forward to buying a new gemstone in the future.
Absolutely fabulous service, if they don’t have what you need, they can get it. I bought my second Buddha pendant from them and they had the bale custom-made for my 11mm 100 gram chain .. they did it in one day. The owner is absolutely beautiful very kind !! I’ll be back !
Absolutely terrible and real amateurs. Don't go here. They broke my watch when I went to get a battery replacement. I should've know that a place which always claims to be on a sale is sketchy and not a proper jeweller. The owner was on the phone while replacing the battery and then he brought my watch back with its glass broken! If they can't do a simple battery replacement, I wouldn't trust them with anything else. The owner was nonchalant about it and said that it broke because my watches glass was curved. Took my watch in to get the battery replaced. Paid close to $20 to have it last 2 months before dying. Avoid.
