Probably the worse customer service I’ve ever had, Samantha a refused to give me a call and stayed emailing me even though I asked for a phone call. The owner or whatever I forget her name, didn’t help me out either! Save your money and time and do not sign up with this brokerage.
Overall good
No one likes to pay for insurance. But since we have to, I would like to recommend Vanessa Lakhan at Witty Best Buy Insurance in Whitby. I don’t know how she responds to me after hours and is always quick to reply whenever I need help. After being with Witty, I can’t fathom going anywhere else. Thanks Vanessa for all your continued help. You are THE BEST!
