Dont ever get insurance from this company ,reviews are fake and they dont even communicate with customer regarding policy renewal or any claims., didn't represent my claim properly to aviva which they cancel my insurance and didnt even respond to me. After they got cancellation letter. When i call to aviva, they said you have to discuss with broker with any changes or adjustments. Best buy broker doesnt even answer phone or get back to customer after 2 months and doesnt know how to follow up with customers and with that now ... read more
