Isabel Pacheco was courteous knowledgeable and very helpful I was able to get insurance right away for a reasonable amount I appreciate her help with this.
Very rude and unprofessional! I had came in yesterday 30 mins before closing and they let me know they couldn’t assist me because it was soon to be closing time . Came in today and same elderly lady was there saying everyone was in break and couldn’t get to me, meanwhile she asked a full list of questions that had not been asked before just for insurance and then had me wait again for an hr long for someone else. Definitely not the place to go for you driving test Alicia Castro very unprofessional zero customer service skills very rude attitude when she was speaking to me seemed like she was having a bad day and was taking it out on all the customers I don’t not recommend this place for anything!! If i could give a zero star would do so!!
only giving one star because i am forced to. they will make u pay all the fees to do.your driving test before telling you a reason they cant and then keeping your money. they declined my son to take the test because my windshield has a crack, which they did not inform him before hand. and then only give him an hour to find another up to par vehicle tocome back in. priscilla the lead at this location refused to help him and had no sympathy whatsoever for their deceitful ways. do not waste your money going here they just take ... read more
