Tim has been lying since Feb 24 stating he has sent me my refund in the mail. I have had to go to an attorney and also file a complaint with both states California and South Carolina. Tim is supposedly the manager right under Mike but doesn’t respond and doesn’t follow through. Please save your money. I canceled my policy the very next day and he is holding over 800 hostage.
