It was a great experience buying from Best Buy Homes. Everything went very smooth right from purchase to installation. Best Buy Homes took care of everything for us including crane, piles and installation which made it very easy.

Not sure who Don Hunt is with this company. But not very pleasant. Finally got a call back regarding damages this company's moving home did to my vehicle. Very dismissive, extremely rude and abruptly ended the call on me after not providing me a number to the main office I asked for. If this is how he treats people I'm not sure who would want to do business here. Steer clear of this Don guy.

I am not sure they deserve one star....thinking that is generous. I really thought this was going to be a good company to work with. I lost my vehicle and manufactured home to a house fire and was devastated. Don agreed to meet with me a few days later. He was very helpful and patient with me trying to make a decision on a total rebuild. Once money changed hands it went downhill from there. He passes questions and concerns to Barb at Pro mobile. Don and the Best Buy crew have been excellent to deal with. They are fair and reasonable. Courtenay and his crew did an amazing job at set-up on site with care and attention to detail. There are bound to be a few follow up items and Best Buy stands behind their product. I recommend those looking around for a new home go check them out.
