I have to say that we had a great experience in purchasing our new home from Best Buy Homes. We did have some issues and delays in getting some repairs done . However Best Buy was committed in getting the repairs done. The technicians or repair workers were all great ,very freindly and did an amazing job on the repairs! Great job Best Buy Homes !! At first we thought that Best Buy homes was saving us after a bad experience of buying a used trailer house. But we were wrong. When we first saw the house we were told that a ceiling fan would come with the house, but it did not, and when we brought it up, we were told it just doesn't come with one. Not a big deal, but we've had nothing but issues ever since. We have a broken wall panel that was damaged before we got it, and a missing window screen that we assume fell out on the drive over here. Friends bought a house from these guys, it was reasonably priced, the staff were pleasant (according to them)... but the workmanship was garbage. Leaking windows, flooring peeling up, a roof leak that caused substantial damage.... the only reason I posting this review is because I'm helping fix this mess. I understand houses need upkeep, but after 2 years? This is what you would expect after 10 years... Come on, guys. Stand by your product.
In 2012 we bought a home from best buy. And had nothing but problems with it. They accused us of causing the problems ourselves. They are incompetent and crooked as you know what. They should be out of business by now. Please buy from anywhere else. They will screw you I promise.
