Friends bought a house from these guys, it was reasonably priced, the staff were pleasant (according to them)... but the workmanship was garbage. Leaking windows, flooring peeling up, a roof leak that caused substantial damage.... the only reason I posting this review is because I'm helping fix this mess. I understand houses need upkeep, but after 2 years? This is what you would expect after 10 years... Come on, guys. Stand by your product.
In 2012 we bought a home from best buy. And had nothing but problems with it. They accused us of causing the problems ourselves. They are incompetent and crooked as you know what. They should be out of business by now. Please buy from anywhere else. They will screw you I promise.
Best Buy homes are the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They lie to your face,don't fill out the complete contract and then turn around and charge for things that were supposed to be done at no charge. They as crooked as the day is long. STAY AWAY FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO SCREW YOU!!!!
Cfx 831 vehicle 18 is a disgrace the road, needs to go back to lessons because he may actually hurt someone. The vehicle on the passenger side has dents and damage and I bet it was the man who was driving it at this point in time. He swerved out right infront of my BIGGER TRUCK which would have cost his company more money if I had hit it. Why employ someone with no respect for your machinery and no consideration for others lives on the road.
