This is the worse company to do business with. I had purchased an item and after several attempts to inquire about it. I was told that they lost the order and took more than eight days to process the shipping. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and would stay far away. I'll never do business with this company again rather for personal or business purposes.
I had really good experience, professional and polite service, came at 6:20 am, they gave me dock right away and I got unloaded and out at 7:50am.

1/2/25 Appointment: 0830 Arrived: 0745 Docked: 0810 Unloaded: 1040 Did not seem very busy, and check-in was straightforward. After checking in with receiving at door 9, I only waited about 5 minutes for the yard dog to assigned a door. Warehouse started unloading right away but only a few pallets, then stopped for apriximalty 1.5 hours. When there was 15 minutes left before 2 hour detention, they started again.
