Brought in a tire that needed a patch, and they had it done in under 20 minutes. Always good, honest service here. I first took the tire to the place in New Milford by Home Depot, only because it was Sunday and these guys were closed, and they told me I'd need a new tire. I wasn't convinced, and I'm glad I got a second opinion
I was recommended to go here for an honest and easy tire alignment. Jen at the front desk was super responsive and relatable. My appointment was fast and I was seen right at walk in after a morning call to check they could fit me in. Bruno came to inform me that I had other issues to address before they could do what I went in for. Long story shortened, I highly recommend them for any honest customer service! The only place to go for tires! Jen and Bruno are the best. Over the years, I’ve bought around 60 tires from them, and they’ve always taken care of me. Great pricing, great customer service, and always honest and helpful. They’re the only call you need to make!
The crew at Best Buy Discount Tires is incredible. I recently had to deal with a flat and faced a few challenges in getting it sorted out. I called Best Buy and spoke with Jen who suggested a plan of action, and I later worked with Bruno to get it done. They were so professional, friendly, attentive and kind.
