😡😡 worst Best Buy....been calling for 2 hours and nobody is answering the phone. I’m supposed to pick up an order today and it’s a 2 hour drive....yet nobody will answer
RecommendedPlaced an order to day for pickup. Arrived and before I could get my email up on my phone the young man came to my window got my info went into the store to grab the product I purchased. While I waited another Bestbuy employee came out of the store and immediately asked if I needed any help. Had the product within 5 minutes. Great Customer Service!
We bought a freezer and when we opened the box there was a dent in it. We got the last one in stock. All we wanted to do was have to store order a new one so we could come exchange it the same day. Seems simple, right? Nope! We have to order it ourselves if we want to exchange it the same day. They would give us our money back on a gift card, which we definitely don’t want because we will never shop there again. They do great work they just need to give there techs more tools to do the job, I went out and bought a tool so he could do mine because they didn’t give him the right tools.

Deliver the purchased products when promised and not continually re-schedule it for 2 weeks!!
The store was good. The sales associates in tv did their job. They were knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery, though, leaves something to be desired!!! My delivery window was from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM today. It is now 2:55 and my order has not been delivered. It is impossible to reach anyone at the store or at the 800 number. Online too. Trying to chat with someone and they have no answers. I didn't expect them to. What a horrible customer service experience -- NO customer service.
