Visited Best Buy to purchase a mag back charger for my cellphone. The associate who helped me was knowledgeable and helped me purchase an item that fit my need and the price point that I wanted to pay.
Terrible customer service.
They messed up my pre-order, and then Bryan, the manager, lied to my face about it. Do NOT trust this Best Buy with your preorders. Just use Amazon.
