Watch out!!! They gave me a higher price "In Writing" for my windshield replacement than other co's, but they could do it on short notice as I had a trip planned the next day, where the other co's were a couple of days out. So, I contracted them to do the work. They came out and pulled the old windshield out of my truck and THEN told me the price was now $55 more as the rubber molding needed to be replaced. Beware These people are very dishonest. Please do yourself a favor a do a comprehensive search on this company and then decide for yourself. I was quoted and agreed upon a price for a windshield but when we showed up to pickup and pay the price was $80 higher than original price w/o any approval or even a call. Beware do yourself a favor and stay away.
I seldom write reviews, However when I come across a business with fair pricing amazing customer service, professional workmanship. I would like to highly promote this company and continue to do business with them.
*****ZERO STARS****** Chad and Sandy Mondragen are horrible business people. They claimed they did our chip repair, but it was never done (verified by Safelite upon request of the insurance company) - and they sent the claim in and were paid by the insurance company. They put in a rear quarter glass, and the fit and alignment was off by over a half an inch. When this was pointed out, they said the glass just fits that way.
