Pricing was so fair, and they helped me so quick and fast when my car died across the city they arranged the tow truck and fixed my car the same day. Called me everytime before they did anything to ask for permission. Definitely recommend these guys!
If I could leave zero stars I would. This place are professional scam artists. They kept saying on the phone they aren't the dealership we don't gauge, we are fair. Because of the urgency I just left the vehicle with them and took their word for it after they woulnd't give me a price. They charged me nearly $600 to wash the engine, put in dye and change a wiper sprayer (doesn't appear to be new, looks like they just cleaned the original). They charge $144 an hour, its a joke. STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS

Rod was fantastic to work with. He is forthright and very knowledgeable. Best Buy Auto Service did a great job with my BMW X5. Definitely recommend.
