I waited a long time before I wrote a review, so that it could be as candid and factual as possible. From Best Buy Auto, I purchased a 2003 GMC Envoy SLT(4x4) SUV with approximately 140,000 km. Almost a year and a half later (purchased beginning of May, 2018), I have only had to do general maintenance (oil changes, tires). Sold me a lemon car didn’t even last 4 months. When I went back to talk to him about it said it’s not his problem! Did not even want to hear what I had to say nor did he care as long as he got my money I was nobody to him as soon as I drove away..

Bought a car here five months ago, said the brakes were done within the last year. Complete lie. This is a salesman, he does not care about your safety at all. Hope he feels good putting peoples lives at risk for an extra couple bucks. Do not go here at all costs.

FRAUD AUTO SALES can be the accurate an best name that can be given to this auto sales ,just look like a junk yard and this owner just washes and details the old car so that it looks good and sells their car with even engine complaints and cheats the buyer! PLEASE DONT FALL INTO THE TRAP ! buyer only get 72 hours to return the car after buying otherwise they wont accept it or to fix the issue .. They car will smoothly run for 1/2 weeks and they its started to gove trouble !
