Bough a doge caravan almost two months ago for daily drive between Vernon and Kelowna . Very happy , my kids loving it . Thank you Fred . We definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends . also , I been offered power train warranty for peace of mind. Nowadays people buy warranty for brand new vehicle . Is something good to consider .
I called to ask them ask if they had any Infiniti g35s or any g37 coupes in their lot and got told they don’t understand me then hung up without saying anything after I replied saying the same thing but more clearly about the vehicle I was looking for and they just hung up on me terribly service
Their cars are not of good quality and expensive for the model of the car. We bought a car and the next day the car we bought had an engine check. After a week our car broke down at the Campbell Bridge, we waited 1 hour at the car dealer for thawing. (The dealer said they answered thawing) we left our car, we returned it after the new year. When my husband came back he just wanted to replace the car because the one we got had a lot of damage. I wish I did not have to leave one star but unfortunately there is no way around this. In August of 2022 I purchased a 2012 Dodge Journey from KFM Auto owned by Farshad Sharifpour,( aka Fred). I should of known something was not right as he handed me his phone and asked him to do a Google Review while the vehicle was barley in my hands. So I proceeded to do so .
