Bad service not really care about the customers after selling the vehicles
All of the vehicles has high kilometres,they are selling without any inspection not giving any garuntee not even single month very bad experience.
Very bad experience they are thief, bought a jeep from them and in less then 5k km engine gone and they are not even responsible for even a single penny and the guy said that we are not responsible what happen with vehicle after you buy . Guys dont buy from them . They are selling cheap vehicle with high kilometres on a high price
I had an excellent experience at Best Buy Auto Kelowna. The owner was phenomenal to deal with—honest, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure I was happy with my purchase. After I bought my vehicle, a problem came up, and he didn’t hesitate to help get everything sorted and fixed quickly. It’s rare to find that level of service and integrity in the used car market. I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle from him.
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I bought a car from Farshad he was saying I offer warranty for 3 months on all the cars, I've been here doing this for 30 years people trust me... BS! Besides all the wrong practice and shady stuff he does, he didn't even keep his word after a couple days. I had to spend around 2k in the beginning he didn't reimburse me for a dollar :) and then the transmission failed I spent a lot turned out someone was there before doing a botched job.
