Salesman was ok . But i learned it will be costing me $2000 more dollars to install new cam phazers and timing chains. Found out codes were erased and i was not told this about the engine. I signed the as is they had there. I was dumb and didnt bring it somewhere to have inspected. They got me and it will never buy here again.
I have bought vehicles from these guys for many years!! I bought a dodge charger, Chrysler 300, gmc terrain and now my dodge journey!!! They told me straight forward thag non of the vehicles have been through the shop they dont know whats wrong with them. Great personality great to work with great communications straight up and forward. Will tell you things how they are as they are pricing on vehicles is very reasonable looking forward to doing business again.
I purchased a 2001 VW Beetle for my daughter, couple months back, and yes it's a fixer upper, besides that, the starter died the same night we got it. The owner was great to work with, sent a brand new one, got it put in, no lie it was quite a hassle getting to the starter, I've just changed out the alternator diode was draining the battery mind you it is a 25yr old car, I put in a 160ah alternator. Great experience with the team at Best Buy Auto. Very straight with us in regards to what was wrong with the vehicles when they received them and what they did to repair them. Of course we looked over the vehicle ourselves and were satisfied with the condition and price. Living in the country, we have loads of wildlife and at times bad roads.
