We ordered a laptop to be picked up the Jeff City store. The confirmation email stated if we do not pick our item in 7 days, we will be credited. We did not pick it up, and assumed we were credited, granted we should have checked at that time. We however are checking now and we were never credited. I spoke with the store mgr JESSE CAMPBELL, who told me he does not have any "film" of the transaction, even though there was NO transaction to film, and therefore can not credit me, and can not help us further, and then hung up.
