Bad Customer Service – Never shopping @ Best Buy again. I've been on hold for for nearly 1.5 hours from 8:10 - 9:30 pm. This is inexcusable. I purchased a PS3 Console Call of Duty Bundle; which comes with a $50 gift certificate. There were 3 in stock at the store, planned to have my dad pick it up after I ordered it via phone.
