Our washer and dryer is down and went in for replacements. Purchased set and all installation equipment and parts necessary As they said can't use any of the hoses and parts we currently have. Told it would be delivered Friday and someone would contact us with a time. Nobody called. Nobody came. Found out that the delivery was scheduled for 2 months after purchase.
