I usually have a good experience at Best Buy, but today at the Westbury location the customer service experience was honestly disappointing. The representative at customer service came across as rude and dismissive toward customers. While I was waiting to pick up my TV, I noticed the way people were being ignored and spoken to, and it didn’t feel welcoming or professional.
