I stayed on hold with them for over 10 minutes.
I'm not one to complain, in fact this is the first review I've ever done. I went to this store needing to buy 3 laptops that were on sale. They only had like 1 so the guy said he would order more and they would be in that weekend. I live 45 min away but I went back to this store Friday night. The guy said they were unloading the trucks that they would be in stock in the morning. I got there when the doors opened the next morning. Getting to speak to someone on the phone is impossible at this store. The operator (or whoever answers the phone) puts you on hold and NEVER bothers to check if anyone answers you! Poorly trained! Where are the supervisors and the Managers! If they can't use the phones, take them out!
The store is always neat and orderly and prices are clearly marked with staff that is there to help if needed.
LOVE THIS STORE! They are always very helpful everytime I go in
