Mobile department is an absolute joke. All they're in there to do is make money. Wouldn't give Best buy a dollar of my money they don't have anybody in there anymore that knows anything about electronics.
I was told that I could get my Receiver fixed since I am a total tech support member but that is no the case. Very disappointing when a crew member tells you one thing and then the store tells you something else.
Went in to buy an iPad at the parker store and stood around waiting for them to send someone to tell me the inventory and no one came. Worst service. The guy at the Att desk had no idea what was going on and was only interested in helping people who wanted to upgrade phones. We will take our money elsewhere where. Not good sales model to turn away people ready to spend money.
