Bad Service – I've purchased several laptops, video gaming systems and other appliances from this store over the years, and had always gotten great service and decent products until now. A cracked laptop screen, a fraudulent salesman, dozens of emails and phone calls, lies from the store manager and 6 months later this customer is out more than $1000 on a single purchase. I was forced to report the store to the BBB. However, it's Best Buy, the largest electronics dealer in the country... they certainly don't need one individ... read more
