i have been a fan of best buy for years but will never shop there again . I recently spent over $1000 there and went to return two items that were unopened unused and worth 20 bucks each. But they would not accept the return because it had been 17 days and they only take returns up to 14 days for nonmembers. So they wanted me to spend $30 on a membership in order to qualify for a $40 refund on brand New unopened items returned in less than 30 days. Great helpful staff. Not the biggest in town, but has most things.
I scheduled an appointment to have my phone screen fixed (3 days in advanced) just for me to get there 20 minutes early & have them pretend they were so busy that they couldn’t fix my phone. I could tell from the moment I walked in that they didn’t want to be there. They advised me to go somewhere else. Can’t speak on the whole store, but the geek squad department just seemed super lazy. I wouldn’t advise anyone waste their time going there
