I have been dealing with AI or people from their corporate team (read overseas agents). Purchased a TV online a week ago, was told unit was in stock. Delivery was set for tomorrow. Now, tv not delivered to their so I have to wait another week for delivery. Tried calling the store directly, AI routes you overseas. I can't contact the store directly via phone. They took my money immediately, but now I can't speak to someone at the store no matter how I try. Who knows, maybe a manager will see this post and reach out....
