Best buy in Cranberry township pa, is a Great place for the New electronics you must have. Today's Trip was for a must have for the pool. A New robotic pool vacuum. Please see picture. It took a few minutes to find it but yet customer service was a great help and within 2 rows over there it was. We went to pay and then we went back home with our new robot.
Got a new laptop from here the gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helped me make my purchase
I've recently made several purchases from this store. From small appliances to laptops and smart home devices, the staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. On several high-dollar purchases, they convinced me to purchase the Geek Squad protection. I'm very glad they did. I have had to use it a couple of times, and it was worth it.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience with Best Buy today while purchasing an open-box TV. The store assistants were helpful and did a great job assisting me and transporting the TV to my car. However, once I got the TV home and turned it on, there was a significant distortion near the top of the screen that extended toward the middle, which severely impacted the picture quality. Poor customer service. Went in the store waited patiently for 20 minutes while a customer was being helped in the TV area if the store. After the transition was finished the associate walked past me and helped someone else who had just walked up. I then went and found another associate and asked for help, they said yes and never sent anyone for over 10 minutes, it even informed me that someone would be over to assist me.
