1st of all get rid of your AI assistant when I call the local store. A simple number list for departments would work. 2nd, stop sending your callers to a chat agent who DOES NOT WORK IN THE STORE! They do not have a clue as to what the physical inventory the store has, all they see is what is on the computer in front of them.
