This is a complete reversal of my previous 5 star review. Went in to get info on replacing 2 TVs (both had been bought at the Cranberry BB). After 15 minutes and numerous employees looking at me as they wandered around, I left. If I have to chase you down when you clearly see me....it's no wonder BB is struggling to stay relevant and in business. No wonder I see so many negative reviews. Sad day as I have always liked BB.
Never buy from their online store. They made me contact the customer and deal with them directly. But the customer gave me runarounds. Until best buy says it's no longer eligible for return.And then their page won't even let me leave a bad review on the seller.(see picture)
These guys are all great in here. There's always a ton of people working, never have to wait to get help, never had to stand in line for very long, everyone is super nice and super helpful. I stop here everytime I come over to cranberry.
