I finally decided to replace my 2012 Toshiba laptop. As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted and directed to the proper department. I was immediately helped and made my selection quickly. Let’s start off with the unhelpful robot that answers the phone. Then let’s get to the fact that I drove an hour and a half for a back screen replacement to find out that the robot couldn’t tell me that this store quit repairing phones 2 weeks ago.
