I like this place but the workers weren't helpful this time. They gave me the wrong information about the item l bought, l had to return it the next day.

Just left Best Buy at Sunland without buying anything. Why? Three different employees could not answer my questions about a product, or price. 1 employee, Alan, scolded me for opening a Open Box item in the OPEN BOX section but never offered to help. Brian, the "manager for 25 years" as he told me, was as rude as the others.
