DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY PLAN – The Warranty Plan is not worth the money. If your model electronic breaks and turns out to be chronically bad they will keep sending it out for repair. While the manager could refund your money and advise on another product to get, they won't. Instead they will continue sending out your electronics for repair until your warranty is over and you have to shell out more money to get what you want. I recommend going to Walmart or Amazon. At least they have managers that are willing to work with you... read more

Are you retarded? First off, There pretty fu**ing stupid. I bought an xbox 360 slim there + kinect and two games. It came to like 600 dollars, and i only had around 450. The idiot didn't even mention that didn't really need an extra controller or the hdmi cord. About a month later, my xbox brakes. Thank god i bought a warrenty. Best Buy lynnwood has the worst customer service ever I got a xbox 360 elite when it first came out for a present with an extended warranty from Best buy. 13 months into owning the xbox 360 it would lockup/overheat while playing COD: Modern Warfare. After making sure to blow all the dust out of the xbox and still having the problem I had to take it in. Unfriendly staff and poor service. When you need help, you have to interrupt them... they never proactively ask. When you ask where something is, they point instead of walking you over. I love the selection, and the products, but the service stinks... go to frys or some other place instead.

Bad customer service The Lynnwood Best Buy is nice and easy to get to, but the customer service is horrible! Nobody seems to know anything and are always on their phones during work hours. Best Buy is a great store, but just stay away from this location.

Worst Experience By Far! – I have had 2 different vehicles broken into while parked in front of the doors at this Best Buy Location. Both times I filed a complete police report and reported to the stores manager what had happened. During my conversation with the manager I was told that it wasn't his problem and that he not be willing what so ever to even mull over the idea of putting some sort of security on the outside of the door.
