DO NOT BUY WARRANTIES HERE! – I've done and enormous amount of shopping here (tech geek-iPhone, Xbox, PS3, Update Flat-screen regularly, etc). While the offerings are good, the warranties are terrible...and, frankly, they'll tell you whatever you want to hear to sell you one then simply don't follow through. It's happened regulary to me (yes, I'm an idiot...but no longer, I swear). Example: I bought an Xbox 360 there. Was told I should get the warranty to avoid any downtime when it inevitably goes down. great place – The sales personel at this location were helpful and honest. But it was really hard tracking someone down to get help. We do though always think the prices and quality of their prodcuts are great. Never have regretted a purchase. Always shop here when I am visiting my family.

Knowlegable Sales People and Great Value – My husband and I shop at Best Buy for most of our household needs. For example, vacume cleaner, refrigerator, CD's and our flat screen TV. Evertime we have shopped at Best Buy, the sales people have been very helpful and honest. We always feel like we are getting a fair deal and never leave with a sense of buyers remorse.
