My parents (both in their 70’s) purchased a brand new 43” Sharp 4K UHD tv in November for Christmas. Today (2/15/19) I was helping them set it up. We took it out of the box for the very first time and plugged it in. The screen of death appeared. No scratches or cracks on the tv screen itself nor damage to the box. RecommendedBest Buy in Wooster is "tops" when it comes to their Geek Squad. I have gone to them several times for help with a technical question. They are knowledgeable, very pleasant,and especially helpful with seniors who are challenged with issues about phones etc. I have never regretted purchasing all electronics from them. Their employees are wonderful. I offered a tip for their service and they refused but thanked me.
Went there tp pick a "STEEL BOOK" of KING KONG 4K, 3D BLURAY. It was such QUICK service that when I got home and opened it. IT Was SCRATCHED AND DENTED... thank you ssoooo much.
