Do not shop here if you want to feel like a valued or respected customer. I have been a loyal customer for years, even reached the highest reward status, but have been treated terribly at this Delafield location. One time I was even told by the district manager, yes the district manager, to either buy something or get on with my day when I was asking the computer representative questions. I purchased a 2 year warranty and found out it runs concurrent with manufacturer warranty. So basically they screw you 1 years worth of warranty. Called and would help. Delafield store is stealing money from you on their joke warranty!

Horrible customer service at Delafield location, bought and installed a security system for our company and upon testing find that one of the cameras were bad, called Best Buy and was told that we would need to uninstall entire system and return and that would not be able to exchange the defective camera only... I would not buy anything from here ever again after this experience. Well played Delafield Best Buy...

Greatest Best Buy Around – Ive been to many best buy stores and this one takes the cake. They are nice, respectful, and fun to be around. Il be going here alot. For the people below who said they were cheated. 1. they probably ran out of the 'free stuff' or 2. they can "OVERTHROW" store policy so shut up your stupid moron. its not there fault your cheap.

We were cheated. Store refuses to make it right. Stay away. – We did nearly all our holiday shopping here; it was a hectic but fun trip. They did manage the Black Thursday crowd well, I'll give them that. However, they advertised that some free items were included with a major electronics purchase. They did not include the free items. We did not realize that until we were home. Later, my husband went back but they refused to honor their offer, and said it was "only at the time of purchase." Terrible Geek Squad Service I brought my customize computer in for a diagnostic last Friday, paid in advance $73.56 (mind you), and less than a day later (Sat. morning) they call for me to pick up my computer. Went to pick it up and the neophyte tech said that they don't know what the problem is other than it is bad mother board.
