To be honest this place is horrible at everything they do. Customer service is horrible, the managers and supervisors are rude and inconsiderate, they never have any of the products I want. They are too pushy on those stupid black tie protection deals which are a waste of time. I bought one of those plans on my tv and computer, lets just say it too 3 months to fix my computer and when I got it back it broke within 3 days, and my tv broke and they wanted me to bring it back to their store and have them send it out for repairs... read more
The best place to go for electronics. I've never had a problem returning or exchanging merchandise. You could spend hours and not see everything they offer.
Geek Squad repaired my computer fast and right the first time! Best service Conway has to offer!

I have never had a problem finding what I need from this store. If I call or come in the staff is helpful, knowledgable as well as informative. I've tried other stores in a pinch and believe me, there is a considerable difference. If given a choice, I will ALWAYS pick Best Buy. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with .They have had my computer for a month .I will never do business there again ,never.

I JUST TRIED CALLING THIS STORE AND THE PHONE RANG ABOUT 15 TIMES AND NOBODY ANSWERED. DON'T SHOP HERE.
it's a terrible branch. phone is not answered, during hours of operation. Bought appliances that I was told where in stock, after weeks still not delivered. It's terrible. Customer shouldn't have to make repeated calls to find where their order is. Most of the sales associates in most of the dept. don't really know their product. I don't even like dealing with the company anymore. With all the hassle. I don't think the bit of savings you get is worth the cost.
