Bad deal I bought an open box item at this store and was told that the only thing missing was "the box". I got it home and went to use it, I found out that the battery was missing. They told me that it could be replaced for free as they couldn't find it anywhere in the store if I called their 800 number. When I did that (and after multiple transfers), they said that even if the clerk didn't inform me of things that were missing, it didn't matter, and that they would not replace anything. Best Buy is not worth your time Made an appointment for a car stereo to be installed. I waited for an hour before finding out they overbooked my appointment time. Others were waiting for 3 hours and were never told anything. When I asked a clerk about it he got upset??? Don't bother with this store.
