Twice we have came to pick up an order online. First time they had like 4 or 5 people behind the counter all working on what seemed to be one order. We stood for 10 minutes while they switched between whatever they were doing. We eventually left and came back at a later time. Second time we have stood for 5 minutes before finally someone showed. So inattentive
Purchased a new Apple product , and iPad Order was shipped from this location sent by third party company rodi by ups. Box was empty inside. Had to jump through hoops to get reimbursed only by gift card.
