So I purchased a TV during the Black Friday Sale and was suppose to receive a FREE Echo Dot. I did not know this until after my purchase. I messaged the company through their website while the sale was still going on and chatted with someone from BestBuy's Live Chat feature, telling them I did not receive the free item as advertised. It's the HARDEST company to call & get a person to ask a simple question .....Same goes for chat. I just bought a 55" fire tv there 3 wks. Ago & had a question if I can get closed caption on it by asking Alexa ....... The reason I bought here is for times like this 😡
Bought a cell phone from Best Buy in Vineland for the Verizon network . Took it to Verizon to find it was not compatible with Verizon. Had to pay a $35 Re stock fee for there screw up. Should have known better than listen to sales people that don’t know what they are doing. I wonder how many millions of dollars a year they con out of the consumers by selling products over and over again and making money from Re stock fees. Buyer beware. Do not buy a phone at Best Buy. I will not stop posting this. People must know the truth

I went in to buy some software and a sales person did ask if I needed help showed me which alise to go to But could not get assistance with purchasing a new laptop I'm 62 with little experience with computers and tech world but want to get better I'll try another store this time take one of my children with me I was so dissapointed trying figure out if tablet or laptop would be best option for me there were lots of associates not busy in the store but seem like they had no time for this customer
