Sold me a broken phone charger and refused to give me my cash back when i wanted to return it , instead they offered store credit .
I bought a stove at best buy and paid for the installation and delivery. The deliver arrived at 8:10 am and said we should pay him $ 150 to turn off the gas but we were never informed of that. My landlord was present and said he would call the plumber and find out about the procedure. At this time the two employees of outsourced company Sicamore plymbing Order number - 06545515 left. best buy have the worst customer service. I bought a $1000 Samsung TV from them. i opened the box and found out its defective. they refused to take it back not even for an exchange. the general manager, Brian Bourgea, refused to talk to me even though I was inside the store. the manager, marilyn chammas, implied that I broke the antenna port even though this TV is 4 days old. completely rude. the worst customer service I've seen. I tried setting up an appointment for delivery but the agent was very rude to me... said that I have a bad accent spoke to me like I am the most stupid person on earth... okay I may have an accent but I am not stupid.. another thing is is wrong to have an accent? And after treating me like trash u have the guts to tell me u can not deliver to me when I am only a mile away from you... okay u can cancel the whole order but that’s not how to do business.. just lost a customer
Pre-ordered Mario Odyssey to get the gold coin for my son. Show up at the midnight release and was told they didn't get any and my name was on a list to get them when BB got more. got an automated email a week later saying my coin was canceled, and when I called was told I wouldn't be getting one, and no compensation. Terrible!
