Excellent service!
Horrible service. The tech "Mike.S" was completely rude. Go anywhere else, its not worth it. Got to your local stereo shop and have a real tech do your install.
service Stock is looking poorly organized; prices are high for DVD movies and you can never find anyone to give you service. Plenty of blue shirts walking busily past but you have a hard time finding one to stop and service you. I asked the doorman for help and he said he would get a clerk but after waiting another 15 minutes I gave up. I gave my $60.00 worth of movies to the doorman on the way out and told him that no one showed up to answer my questions. I get better service at Target and Wal-Mart shopping for movies. This particular location had exceptional service on my latest visit. It was a Saturday and they were very busy, still I had been offered assistance multiple times.
Good for home entertainment. Best Buy has all your home entertainment needs. They carry movies, music, appliances, televisions, computers, and anything a gamer could need. They have a good selection of everything they carry. The staff is helpful and friendly. Their prices are generally very good. One complaint I have with Best Buy is that the noise level in the store is way too high, TV's are blaring, music is coming from 3 different directions, and everyone is yelling across the store.
