Most recent Customer Service man was unhelpful, uncreative, abrasive and unwilling to back up a product that quit after one MONTH, had 1 YEAR warrantee, because I hadn't forked out to BB for their gravy 2 yr extended warrantee. His whole approach became negative learning I only had the manufacturer's one year warrantee! I was used to good CS there, somewhat shocked.
