Nightmare – I had a very bad experience at this store. The staff was rude and unhelpful. It is ashame a company like this spends so much to get a customer thru the door and then treats them so poorly that they never come back.

Hard to find help On a recent trip to Best Buy I was unable to find anyone to help me for several minutes. Then, when I did find someone, while pleasant, they were not particularly knowledgeable about the items in question (lcd t.v.'s). With a small child in tow, my shopping time is limited , so I am unlikely to return to Best Buy.
