Store handled my exchange incorrectly which cost me $150. The manager blamed online Best Buy for the issue and said it would be fixed with a phone call. When calling customer support online, they stated the store processed the exchange incorrectly and were at fault and that there is nothing that could be done. Costly error and will not be making purchases at Best Buy again after this runaround

Amazingggggg customer service. I really appreciate Nicholas and Tyson for helping me with my purchase. They were very kind and professional. I've been to a lot of bestbuy's, i never felt like I'm welcomed. But in this store, the moment i stepped foot Nicholas(Manager) welcomed me as if I'm walking in to my Home. This place has an amazing Positive vibe. Great team, thank you guys. Keep up the wonderful vibes and god bless. 🙏

Adrian, Manny and Liam did a terrific job with us today, bought AV receiver and laptop. At first we went into the store , there's a greeter we appreciate that. We went to the left back corner of the store to where the sound system is, I did call attention of the 2 guys heading to their backroom but seems like they didn't see/hear me. Went to this BestBuy for a TV. I was helped by Nicholas Parry, he was super helpful and willing to even carry the TV out to my car. Each time I go to this location, he consistently is offering help and wants to make the customers happy. In a non salesman pushy way. Thanks for the help Nicholas, you are a great guy!
