Rating this based off the experience my family and I had with the Verizon rep, Bailey H. We all moved from AT&T to Verizon service and she forgot to add all of the promotions that were promised to us during our visit. One of those being a free iphone 16 due to a promotion which we were still charged for on our first bill.
