My dad got a tv mount for Christmas. Not even two months ago and we couldn't even exchange it! There was no leniency at all, pretty much "sorry sir I don't know what to tell ya" attitude. We have done business with them for years yet we couldn't exchange an item! Most stores give a 90 day policy! So what are we supposed to do, sell it on Craigslist? A**holes. NEVER shopping there again. They really need to reexamine their policies, it's an electronics store for crying out loud!!!

I called Best Buy to see if they has a certain modem in stock, and the guy on the phone said yes, they had that modem and a wireless version also. When I got to the store, I couldn't find them, so I asked someone to help me find them, and he showed me the wireless version - which was $30 more expensive - and said this was all they had. I told him I didn't need the wireless version and had called and was told that the regular modem was in stock. He said, no, we don't carry the regular version, only this version.
