FRIENDLY, PROMPT SERVICE. WHILE WAITING IN LINE FOR REPAIR STORE ASSOCIATE PERSONALLY SPOKE TO EACH AND EVERY ONE WHO WAS WAITING, MADE ME FEEL MORE THAN JUST SOMEONE IN THECUE.
They are not helpful in the least! I would def not recommend them! I've had to use them to get my camera fixed. First, as best buy usually does, i had a warranty with them but they found a loopwhole to not fix it from cosmetic value. Apparently if there's scratches on the outside of the camera, that costs more to fix than the camera actually being broken...and they are FORCED to fix the outside as well, which costs so much they wont fix it!
