Terrible wait times
Recently added the Best Buy membership, Came back for an exchange for better deal on VR with more memory and a game since as a member you get return benefits… Went through 3 cashiers All assuming I’m tryna Run some Scheme!
I had a very unpleasant experience when I went shopping with my mother and son at Best Buy in Montebello. From the moment we walked in, we were followed by the store security. No matter where we went there he was right behind us. The security wanted to make sure that we knew he was following us, with his unfriendly face. I have been a Best Buy Credit Card holder for years and this was the first time I was made to feel uncomfortable.
I recently purchased a 15-inch MacBook Air from Best Buy, but after buying it, I found the same product at a lower price on Amazon. I decided to return it to Best Buy to take advantage of their price match guarantee wasn't applicable since I already purchased, however customer support was helpful in providing a prepaid UPS label as an option for return which I appreciated.
