I purchased an open-box PlayStation 5 controller online from Best Buy, advertised as fully functional. When it arrived, it was defective right out of the box. I went to this location to exchange it. The first gentleman at the customer service counter was polite and said it made sense to process the exchange since I was only a few days past the return window. Went there for a open box item closer to closing time. Lui G assisted me for 30 mins. Come back to tell me that the price is higher than what is reflected. I'm wondering how is that possible as there are only 3 tier prices. Also told me, I can't look at the item until purchased. Asked if they would honored the price reflected, he declined. I was going to buy a cell phone and a laptop. Felt like used salesman tactics.
