I purchased a video camera from this Best Buy. When I got home to work with the camera, I discovered that there had been video segments previously recorded. So basically, they sold me used merchandise! When I called to speak with the manager, they put me on an eternal hold and then I was disconnected. The second time I called, again I was put on hold for 10 minutes, before I finally hung up. I also noticed that they have a 25% restocking fee. They over charged me. Charged me for services they know and I know I did not need. They NEVER FIXED MY COMPUTER. We put it in th shop with them several times. They kept hanging up on me. They had me on hold for a long time. The computer Geek Squad manager avoided me over the phone. They kept lying to me about getting a manager.
