My kitchen range was promised to be delivered in 2 weeks then then I was later notified that it would be an additional 5 weeks before delivery and when it finally arrived it was delivered by a service that doesn't even work for Best Buy and then discovering the appliance was damaged after opening the box after delivery was made. Dealing with "customer service" was excruciatingly difficult due to having to endure a 10 minute maze of Ai prompts before finally getting connected to an actual human that spoke broken English.
